Squad Lead Software Engineer — IT Digital SME

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Lead frontend delivery across a squad — own work allocation, co-design technical solutions with Systems Analysts, and ensure implementations meet DevOps, code quality, security, performance, and accessibility standards.

  • Set up a micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation) with a shared design system for Livin Merchant × Kopra, enabling independent deploys and safe rollbacks
  • Defined remote contracts — shared libraries, versioning, routing and cross-remote communication — plus SSO/JWT auth and session propagation across remotes
  • Optimised load times through route- and remote-level lazy loading, federated builds and strict bundle size budgets
  • Set up monorepo CI/CD for micro-frontends, and enforced ESLint, Prettier and testing standards through PR review and hands-on mentoring

  • Developed features in Angular and TypeScript with reusable components and a consistent design system
  • Integrated REST APIs, auth flows and error handling; implemented state management and caching
  • Improved performance through lazy loading and code splitting, and raised accessibility compliance
